How long will the discount be given for the products?

We occasionally offer fantastic discount on our products. It could be due to new launch, hot product, festive season etc. However, the discount period will only last for certain period of time. We will revert to our normal price depending on our discretions.

How is the quality of the products?

We carefully select the materials used for our product and monitor the production. All our products use high quality material for long lasting. We do not used cheap/recycle material for the sake of making money. But we want our customer feel the benefits of using our products like ourselves do.

How can I earn shopping coupon from Save Me Space?

From time to time, we will be giving to our customer shopping coupon that is equivalent to monetary value so that our customer can enjoy more discount. We strongly suggest to subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email on the bottom of our website so that we can provide regular updates on the promotion and new launch.

How can I used the shopping coupon that I received?

You can select the product that you interested to purchase and add to cart. Upon check out, there will be a coupon field on the left side of the page for you to enter the coupon number. Please be informed that the shopping coupon do have an expiry date. Therefore, please take note on the expiry date to avoid dissapointment.

How can I pay for my items online?

We accept Online Banking and Credit Card payment via secure payment gateway. Please choose the correct payment method that you prefer during check out and follow the instruction provided. We strongly suggest you to include our company email during the payment process to speed up the verification process.

What happens if I experience difficulty at the payment page?

The payment page should not be refresh during the payment process. In case it is failed, we suggest you to give another try. But if the problem persist, please use our contact us form and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

When will the product that I purchase be deliver to me?

We need sometime to verify your payment and once verified, we will perform the final quality check (QC) on the product before we courier them to you. Therefore, purchase made from 12am to 6pm (Malaysia GMT+8) will be send to postage the next business day once the payment verification is successful. And purchase made from 6pm to 12am (Malaysia GMT+8) will be send to postage the following business day once the payment verification is successful. We strongly suggest you to attach a copy of payment receipt to speed up the verification process.

Can I self pick-up the product that I want to purchase?

We do not offer self-pickup or cash-on-delivery (COD). Main reason is we do not want to dissapoint our customer if our available time does not match with your available time. Therefore, we will courier the product to you using the reliable courier service. On top of that, we also offer DISCOUNTED/FREE SHIPPING to many location regardless the amount spent. This will also benefits our customer by saving their time, fuel etc.

What if the product that I need is not available?

We are open to any idea, as long as it can help our customer to save space or be more comfort. Feel free to use our Contact Us form to send your needed product. We will see and evaluate whether we can produce it for you.
